Field operations intelligence

Know what's happening in the field before it becomes a problem.

IP Field Cortex brings scattered field activity — visits, inspections, service jobs, reports — into one clear picture, so operations leaders stop finding out after the fact.

Early access program — capabilities shown are illustrative pending your team's configuration.

Field work generates decisions faster than teams can track them

Notes, photos, forms, and check-ins pile up across crews and locations. By the time it reaches a manager's desk, the moment to act on it has often passed.

Cortex organizes it as it happens

The product is designed to bring field reports into one place, surface what needs attention, and help your team respond while it still matters — configured around [your industry and workflow].

Capabilities

Built around how field teams actually work

The specifics below are examples pending confirmation with your team — final capabilities depend on your workflows and data sources.

Example

Unified field activity view

Bring reports, visit logs, and job updates into a single, searchable record instead of scattered spreadsheets and inboxes.

Example

Priority surfacing

Help managers see which sites, jobs, or crews need attention first, based on criteria your team defines.

Example

Plain-language summaries

Turn long field notes into short summaries a manager can read in seconds, without losing the details that matter.

Example

Configurable alerts

Notify the right person when something in the field needs a response — rules set by your team, not assumed by ours.

How it works

Three steps, in plain terms

Connect your field data

Bring in reports and updates from the tools and forms your team already uses.

Cortex organizes it

Activity is structured and summarized so patterns and outliers are easy to see.

Your team decides faster

Managers see what needs attention and can act without digging through raw reports.

Trust & security

Handled carefully, by design

We are building IP Field Cortex with data handling practices appropriate for operational field data. Formal certifications, audits, and compliance claims will be published here once completed — none are claimed today.

Access control

Role-based access so people see only what's relevant to their work.

Data handling

Field data is used to power your account's own decisions, not sold or shared. Full data practices will be detailed in a data processing agreement.

Your configuration

Retention, hosting region, and integrations are configured with your team — details TBD per contract.

About

Why we're building IP Field Cortex

Field teams generate a constant stream of useful information — but it usually reaches decision-makers too late, too fragmented, or not at all.

IP Field Cortex is built on a simple premise: the people managing field operations should be able to see and act on what's happening in the field as it happens, not days later in a spreadsheet review.

We're an early-stage team building this with input from operations leaders directly. Founder and company background will be added here as the company's public profile develops — we're not publishing details we can't yet stand behind.

Setup note: This form currently runs a local demo submission (validates input, simulates sending, and stores the request in your browser only) — no email or CRM is connected yet. Before launch, connect it to a real backend: e.g. point the fetch call in this page's script to your CRM or mailer endpoint (such as HubSpot Forms API, a serverless function forwarding to email, or your CRM's REST API), and set any required API keys as environment variables on that backend, never in this page's client-side code.
